Checkin in

Hello to everyone at home. Just thought I would check in with everybody. Things have been going really well up here. The skill we have been learning on preteam I am finally starting to perfect. As the holiday season comes I am looking forward to going home and team finally starting come january. You have to start it to get it over with. We are headed out to the field next week for five days. The Combat Rescue Officer course is coming through for and evasion lesson and we get to play the terrorist trying to find them in the woods. It will be a ton of fun. I am excited to get Craig up here. He only has one more week. Im confident that when I get back from the field he will be one of the ones that passed. Also a side note. I finally ordered a camera so as soon as I get it I will update with some pics. Also I think I am headed out to see the cousins in Seattle next weekend so really lookin forward to that and I should have my camera by then. Alright have to jump in the shower. Happy halloween to everyone. I am a Wheaties Box tonight. Thats right a Wheaties Box. Here is a quote that I read that I thought was excellent.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. (Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.)
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fears, our presence automatically liberates others.
Nelson Mandela

Great to read your update and I share your enthusiasm for the Maertens boys' reunion in Spokane. So glad to hear you're enjoying the AF and WA ... I'm only hoping Wesley will join you both next year!
